Happy Tuesday!
MAN! I am beat! I spent another day filling out paperwork for school. It isn’t hard, but it takes attention and focus. I was in the mood for fun… but I wanted/needed to get this finished.
Besides, I couldn’t go outside today… I don’t know how my wheelchair would react to rain coming down that hard. (We had quite the waterfall by the front door…) It isn’t raining now, and really only gave us about 1/4 inch, but it sure sounded like more than that! Now, the humidity is so high that you can almost see the air.
But I got some paperwork done! I also got another ID and password and URL combination. I suppose that MOODLE information will be coming next…
Birthday Shopping also was accomplished. My friend, Myra, in the nursing home… She will be getting some books. I hope that she enjoys them, because they were selected with love.

I’m pulling my hair out about now. I did some figuring for the costs of my July Intensive Course… something I do not recommend for the faint of heart.
So where in the back of my mind, I must of been thinking that this was 1979 when the fees for in-state at University of Houston or something like $250 and each credit hour with something like $125 per credit hour, but that sweet memory… is permanently locked in a temporal anomaly that I will not be returning to! (Much to my shock and sadness!)
While I Agree that it is more than worth it for Concordia to receive more, I somehow was not expecting summer school to be… $3000. Let my brain slowly wrap itself around that figure… NOPE, IT DOES NOT COMPUTE!
Going to a Bible College is expensive. On top of that, finding a scholarship can be really difficult. That’s why I was so excited to find the Bible College Scholarship website today. Not only are they giving away a $1,000.00 scholarship and a digital theological library, all I had to do to apply was watch a short video and answer a few questions! It took less than 15 minutes. What is best of all is that if you’re in Bible College and apply for the Bible College Scholarship, and put my name as the person who referred you, if you win the scholarship, so do I! We could both get a $1,000.00 scholarship and digital theological library. So, do us both a favor and go apply for the Bible College Scholarship today.
